What a cracking day! People travelled from far and wide for a throw-around in Bristol South Aikido Dojo. It was great to train with new and familiar friends - exploring traditional martial Aikido, weapons and a little bit of internal power practice.
Congratulations to everyone who graded 🥳 and a big thanks to the guys in the National Aikido Federation for organising a great day ☺️.
