Carlous Au Yeung - Shodan

A massive CONGRATULATIONS to Sensei Paul Thomas and Sensei Carlos Au Yeung for smashing their Dan Grade examinations at the National Aikido Federation Summer School last weekend. Both faced down a gruelling set of examinations pressure testing technique, skills, and application. They were awarded Nidan and Shodan respectively.

A big thanks to Sensei Daren Sims for organising another brilliant NAF Summer School. It was great to have a couple of teaching spots alongside Sensei Daren, Sensei Rich Hobbs and Sensei Stuart Turner.
